Positive: The view was awesome, and made up for the dirty floors, smelly towels, and overflowing gutters.

Negative: Garage code did not work. Cipher lock on the front door failed on the second day. It happens, and I do not blame the management company for that one and being locked out. What they neglected to tell us was the garage door opener failure was a known issue. Should have mentioned that when we first called (or before arrival??). Wasted so much time!

Positive: The property is spacious and comfortable with a great view of Mt. Adams. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving ware. Several restaurants and shops were in walking distance of the property, and only a short drive to the downtown area.

Negative: When we arrived at 5PM, housekeeping was still at the property. As such, they rushed to finish and did not vacuum or clean the bathrooms thoroughly. The refrigerator was not working for the duration of our stay. Although we contacted the property management group, no effort was made to correct the problem. The dining room chairs are worn and/or broken.
