Positive: Location was difficult to find and without GPS we would still be looking for the B&B.

Negative: Two of the mattresses were terrible, Woke up with back, neck and shoulder pain. Lower bathroom sink would not drain. One dining room arm loose and ready to fall off and hurt someone. The dining room cushions have collapsed and require pillows to sit on. BBQ was dirty and required a thorough cleaning. The lower bedroom is a converted office space, and an Armour does not replace a closet. It is not a legal bedroom and should not be listed as such. The ragged fringe on the living room throw rug is curled and is a trip hazard.

Positive: very spacious, well appointed kitchen, snacks and toiletries were a nice touch. great location! Great communication with host. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Negative: the bedroom furniture was dated and banged up. upstairs nightstands we’re very dusty.
