Summary: Hospitality is great, kind of like staying at a grandmas house. Antique furniture, hot homemade breakfasts, and tips for seeing the National Park. Sunsets and great views from the patio made this stop very relaxing. It’s an old house, so the stairs creak and the bathroom needs an update, but it’s a great stop while traveling across Manitoba.

Summary: I had a great stay at my first bed and breakfast experience. I got runt of the litter as far as rooms go, with a room with two single beds, however the room was clean, bed was comfortable, my air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was clean - so overall it met my basic needs as I wasn’t there to stay really, just a place to lay my head. I count myself lucky to have even gotten a room as this area is always fully booked! Check-in was easy, Cindy was great and she was there if I needed anything. Breakfast was delicious both days, with good portions. They were generous with pouring more coffee. We got a time slot reservation for our breakfast and opportunity to talk to other travellers if you wished or not as you had your own tables of 2-4. I would recommend having music playing in the common dining room and sitting area. This would be a really nice addition to the stone silence that I noticed at breakfast. The views are gorgeous from the back deck and there was a nice gravel road to walk down if you felt like taking a stroll. The deck was lovely with lots of places to sit and complimentary bug spray if you needed. I would have loved a screened in gazebo and could have stayed out there much longer. Very nice and quiet. Another great idea that would be welcoming would be a table with coffee, lemon water and some home made cookies in the afternoon- evening very visible as you made your way to your room. Overall enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Summary: Very nice Victorian styled B&B and very well kept, with a lot of history. Host was very welcoming and informative. Breakfast's were delicious with plenty of food. The breakfast was changed up each morning. Very close to RMNP on a scenic quiet property. I would recommend this property.
