Positive: We traveled with 3 kids and the rooms were huge.

Negative: It’s getting older. It was clean, but some wear and tear in the bathroom. $75 non-refundable pet fee for an 11 lb non-shedding dog who doesn’t leave its owner’s side is steep. They had dog treats though, which he loved.

Summary: Okay, I hate the dog fee.

Positive: I liked the layout of the room. It was comfortable and clean. Edge of woods around parking had ltrash in it, but otherwise everything was very well kept.

Negative: Location is hard to find because the street sign is missing

Positive: We were greeted with a gift bag at check-in. Such a nice welcoming touch! For the cost of our stay, we received TOP VALUE in terms of quality, service, and amenities. We only used the fridge and a few utensils, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. We did not use the laundry facilities, but it was great to have it on-site. As a rule, we only book 1-bedroom suites for convenience and added space, and Homewood provided that exactly. We didn't need the outdoor pet area nor used the pool and basketball court, but they were nice options. There was a decent variety of breakfast items and having real plates and silverware elevated the experience. The staff was pleasant (esp the front desk) and worked hard replenishing the breakfast and coffee stations. Never had any issues finding parking, and the lot was well lit. Sure, it's not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices! Conveniently located near a gas station, Sam's Club, and Walmart. We saw lots of families staying here, and we felt very safe as well.

Negative: The elevator did not run as smoothly as I would've liked, but we had no issues. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else really.
