Positive: Staff were friendly & willing to help us out. The pool area was clean & the hot tub was wonderful. The size of the suite with 2 rooms.

Negative: Our room wasn’t clean…whiskers on the back of the faucet on the sink, chunks of food in dishwasher, dirty dishes, stained throw pillows & a dirty fridge. The pillows were lumpy, the couch was ratty & frayed, and the coffee machine didn’t work. The pool was freezing.

Summary: Would stay here again, but will bring my own pillow & cleaning supplies.

Positive: We booked this hotel as intermediate stop between Chicago and Dearborn. When we arrived Hilton reservation system was down. However, we were upgraded to a huge suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Later, we wanted to drink beer but they had none at the small reception shop. But the very nice lady at the reception organized three warm leftover beers from the office and ice. We forgot an item in the room which was found by the room service after we left. We could pick it up on our way back. Great service!

Negative: Email communication could be improved.
