Summary: I guess I just expect more since I stay at their other properties and they are newer, cleaner and nicer in every way. I’ve noticed the same at other hotels in the area, too so I guess standards are lower here, unfortunately.

Summary: A minor maintenance issue was discovered and a few live bugs in the room. Not serious, but a little extra attention to detail required in such a nice, relatively new hotel.

Summary: It was lovely and so nice to have a kitchen and a lot of what we needed, the only downsides was the bed was not that comfortable and we woke up achy each day. Also the rooms air conditioner had a moment where it was not working properly and it got warm for a few hours but started again. The bathroom is smaller than I would like and it can get messy with the shower. All the water will get on the floor and you will have to use towels to use as a mat. But the door takes up most of the room. Other than those small complaints this was a lovely room and stay! The staff is great and I would book again. But definitely would hope for a more comfortable bed. I’m still happy with the stay and the room. It was very nice.

Summary: I was a little upset that the room i booked was not the one i received. I booked a king bed and they told me all they had was a two double bed room available. So the sleeping situation was not good. Really disappointed that my booking was not honored and they told me it was because i booked through a third party and not directly through them. Not sure how you guys could book me a king studio suite and then be told that its not available?
