Summary: We had no hot water. The front desk told us that they had recently renovated the room. I guess they didn't consider adjusting the regulators when they did the plumbing. We had to take cold showers. The bathroom and kitchen sink were cold also. Maintenance came in and adjusted the bathroom sink but the water was only a bit warmer.

Summary: The manager that worked on 4/5-6/25 was very pleasant, I don't know if she was with the cleaning crew. Our stay was wonderful. I love this hotel, the breakfast was tasty and the pool area was clean.
