Summary: Very nice

Summary: Beds in first room were so hard and uncomfortable that we switched rooms at 1:45am. Rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Light bulbs burned out and flickering in bathroom. Breakfast was make your own mini waffles, cereal, small muffins, bagels, toast and yogurt. Did not use pool due to water being cold, did not use hot tub due to chemical smell. The one employee we encountered at 1am was courteous, but didn’t see any employees the rest of our stay. Overall average rating is due to it being the only available place to stay while we were in the area. Over priced for area and off season. Cigarette butts litter the grounds.

Summary: The room was very clean!! But the room above me were super loud making all kinds of noise till 2:30’in the morning!

Summary: Facility needs updating and cleaning really really bad. Was charged a Jacuzzi room and could not use the Jacuzzi’s and I have pictures why we could not use it. But nobody cares

Summary: There were stains on the sheets towels pillow cases shower curtains also cigarette burns in the blanket. We went there to go relax sit in the hot tub and we got told the pool was closed so we were like whatever but not even a couple hours later we seen workers and their kids in the pool. The only good thing was that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Definitely will not stay there again.
