Positive: The house was very clean and kitted with everything we needed! Sadie (homeowner) and her partner were incredibly friendly and were on hand to assist with any and all of our needs. The out house was our highlight with a pool table and dart board. Comfy beds in spacious rooms! Plenty of room for parking our 3 cars Long Sutton is a small but pleasant town which we walked to for dinner a few times We were 6 adults but the house and out house had plenty of child friendly entertainment too!

Positive: The location was perfect. In the countryside but 5 minutes from a little village where there is a well stocked Spar. The house and garden were really very nice. Plenty of room for 8 people without it feeling cramped. The pool table and darts board were in a separate building, like a games room in the garden which was also really nice. The owner lives close to the property and was really kind and friendly and helpful, a perfect host. All in all we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend The Homestead to anyone looking for a large holiday home.
Negative: Nothing, literally no negative comments to write

Positive: A beautiful house with a fantastic, huge garden! Very comfortable with everything you need and toys for the kids too. Not too far from the lovely north Norfolk coast for a day at the beach and near to Adventureland and Scalextric racing in Spalding. Would certainly recommend and would love to stay again in the summer to make the most of the gorgeous garden.

Positive: The garden was excellent for dogs and the house has a lot of space and is very comfortable.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like, a dishwasher would have been nice but is not essential.
Summary: Sadie is an excellent host and checking in/out was very easy. We would recommend Homestead.
