Positive: 1.Have kitchen, easy to use.Many pots and pans, very useful. 2.All rooms fully aircond. 3.Ample parking spaces.

Negative: 1.Aircond problem in one of the rooms.Due to festive season, maintenance was to no avail.instead we're given an air cooler 2.Washing machine should be repaired as water came out and make the floor slippery. 3. One of room doors difficult to use 4.few waste in the kitchen and fridge.
