Negative: The property owner should let the potential rental know, what the procedure like. For example, how the property owner should hand over the key to the rental. Since it is a homestay. Maybe whatsapp or sms to check the email. The utensils a bit dusty. The property owner should up keep the property, for example, cut the grass. Make the property more presentable.
