Negative: The heating was too hot and we couldn’t turn it down. The hot tub was broken and they weren’t able to repair it during the week. Very disappointing as we chose the property for this. The vacuum cleaner was broken.

Positive: fantastic interior, nicely finished and with great facilities. The hot tub and sauna was a real Plus point after a day on the slopes, and the location was absolutely perfect.

Negative: Would've been nice to have had an extra toilet given the 11 of us, but that really wasn't a problem for us.

Summary: perfect property, perfect location and we will definitely return again!

Positive: Location is very good, chalet is nice and with good atmosphere

Negative: It is small and doesn't live up to the "luxury" in its name. In this price range and with the pictures online I expected something bigger and better equiped (eg. only 2 toilets and 1 standup shower for an 11 people chalet is really below standards). This could have been a luxury chalet if the space had been used for a 6-8 people chalet.
