Positive: The location was close to my event but also 15 min walk from the city center/central train station. The house was clean, well equipped with a working table, TV (access to Netflix and other platforms) and I found the small kitchen very helpful for quick cooking.

Positive: This is a great location to explore Catania and East Coast Sicily (by car or bus or train) It is centrally located but parking wasn't a problem and not expensive. Our host was really attentive and always responded to our requests. There is a great cafe 2 mins walk away. Great food and great staff The studio apartment is well appointed, clean, and well equipped Thanks for a great stay

Positive: The apartment is located at the street level. It is new, clean and tastefully furnished. The street entrance means it can get noisy for people with light sleep but we didn't have any issues. Davide also provided ear plugs which we did not need to use. The location is great, close to Via Etnea, which is the main central street. It is also the safe area of the city. All in all it was a very pleasant accommodation and Davide was very tentative, always available and helpful. Definitely recommended!
