Positive: The view of Pico was spectacular. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with one very new. Quite well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Host was very responsive.

Negative: Be sure you can find the location. Google Maps was having a hard time if we used the postal code. Just put in the street address. The host was very helpful in giving us directions.
