Positive: Great location. Spacious accomodation. Good facilities provided. Close to train station.

Negative: No easy means to get to top floor other than climbing 4 flights of stairs to Room 3. However i was pre-warned about it during booking so it was acceptable.

Positive: A great stay close to Bangkok's China Town. The owner was very helpful as another friend of my group arrived first and had to receive the keys on my behalf. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Good value in general for Bangkok.

Negative: The apartment was on the 4th floor of the building and no elevator is available. The luggage have to be move through a narrow stair case. Thankfully a paying service is available to help with that. The bedroom / bathroom layout is a bit weird / inconvenient as well.

Positive: I was really surprise by how spacious my room/apartment was. The room itself is big, with a queen size bed, TV, balcony, several closets, and a resting area

Negative: It's noisy because the building is facing the street, however they give you earplugs.
