Summary: In 100 degree weather, the pool was t working so not available for “safety “reasons. We never saw any one working on it. We were also told after we checked in. We were with a family group for a wedding. One of our in-laws rooms was also attacked by ants . We were unable to have our kids over as planned because of the pool. Having been told after check in, we could not find other accommodations. Since, we had booked through a third party, we were not given a discount as asked for nor contacted as we were told we would be about it. I will say that the desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it. Also, Hilton has always meant quality for me but not this hotel. Pillows were lumpy. Shower drained slowly. ,

Summary: We booked two rooms for a wedding needed a early check in no problem at all The lady’s working the front desk a super nice the room is huge and super clean I definitely would stay there again

Summary: Nice place to stay - we needed a suite and it was perfect for one of us to work from while the other slept/visited with family. Also great breakfast- simple, and good.

Summary: We loved the room. Staff was great. Our biggest gripe was how hot the room was. We tried cooling the room. The thermostat was not responding. We didn’t get any sleep or rest.

Summary: Some thought and attention is needed with your breakfast. The pork bacon was in the small cabinet with all of the other breakfast items, which is gross and against several religions. Why are there no creamer options for coffee? The line for making a waffle was so long, too. The room was comfortable, but I did not like the comforter with no cover, that was gross. Under the bed was dirty, too.

Summary: The service was great but we stay in room 113 which was close to the elevator and we could here the elevator from our room. It was kind of annoying. The property is close to downtown Temecula and lots of restaurant options.

Summary: It was decent. I wish it wasn’t that far of a walk to get to an elevator just to go down one floor. Stair ways were for emergency only.

Summary: TLDR: Recommended. 2 rooms, one Saturday night stay. Helpful, friendly staff without exception. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Newish with minor wear and tear. Bathroom spotless and generously stocked with linens. Kitchenette not used but was very clean and looked to be completely functional. Free breakfast was very good. Staff worked hard restocking to keep up with heavy demand with only short waits for freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Cost for a single Saturday night stay was high at all nearby properties; H2S was in the middle of the pack on price but at the top for amenities and, I reckon, for service and quality. Well done.
