Summary: The hotel was alright. There wasn’t anything that was wow about. The entry to the hotel looked nice like the check in area. But I looked down the hall and it looked like they had a flood. There was big fans running. The check in was quick and the rep was very nice. There was only one elevator on one side of the hotel and we were on the completely other side. The stairwell looked like something happened there was baseboard missing. There’s was carpet and it was filthy. Got to the second floor where my room was and it had a strange smell. Didn’t smell good. The carpet was dirty and pieced together in spots very poorly. We got in the room. Also had a weird smell. Not really inviting, but got use to it. Nothing amazing about the room. It was tidy but my wife was like will you check the bed for bugs it just gave that vibe. The hotel was close to the freeway and lots of restaurants and stores which was what I was looking for. Overall it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and definitely not the best.

Summary: Was one of my worst trips this year. We had cold water in our shower and it was supposed to be repaired that morning when maintenance came in. It was 4 pm and no one had not repaired the issue. I asked for a manager and was told the manager was out and will be in soon. We went back down about 1-2 hours later and was told the manager/supervisor was on his way back but ran out of gas!! When someone finally came up he debated about the water being cold and that the broiler was turned up completely. Long story short we asked to be moved to an another room which was an inconvenience since the cold water would only get to luke warm and then back to cool. We were here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and will never return again to this place. Also, the breakfast was not good. Very limited and things were never filled or replaced for breakfast.

Summary: Nice, relatively new (open 6 months) property. Good sized rooms with small kitchen area. Good breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again.
