Positive: Good location for our purpose. Spacious room. Decent breakfast buffet.

Negative: Pool is NOT heated. They will tell you that upon check in. I looked forward to a swim but water too cold. When brought up to management, he mentioned “where on the website does it say “heated”. O told him for $200/night and the level of the hotel, one would assume Its heated. Obviously if they feel compelled to inform upon check in, we are not the only ones that feel this way. While after some tense back and forth they did refund some money. What is interesting is their motto is “ not happy, we make it right ekes no charge” yet they don’t live by their motto!

Positive: The most comfortable place i stayed. It was clean and beautiful. There was a kitchen for us to use to cook if we wanted to.

Positive: I loved how big the rooms were and it had everything you need. I was amazed it had a huge refrigerator, micowave, coffee pot with all kinds of drinks hot chocolate, tea and yes coffee ☕. Room came equipped with dishes silverware can opener paper towels even included a dishwasher 😀 Bed were very comfortable and so was the sofa. My only complaint was I could not get hot water for my shower It was lukewarm perfect for my husband but for me I froze but the shower was very powerful and great for my husband who's 6'9

Positive: Location, brand new, spacious, good area for dogs. The front desk staff was so friendly, kind and understanding with what we needed. They accommodated us when in need.
