Positive: everything-exterior and interior clean and visually pleasant. It is located in a very good neighborhood with a great Italian restaurant in the same parking area. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Positive: It was spacious & clean

Negative: Our neighbor above us was noisy late at night. Coffee in the room wasn't very good. Staff members were not friendly at all. Sad.

Positive: Vacation with family. Room was large and clean. Breakfast consisted of breads, egg, sausage and bacon to make your own sandwich along with other items, had a pool, laundry and was comfortable. Staff was kind and pleasent

Negative: When we first arrived, we learned there were no elevators and there were no rooms available on first floor, except a handicap room. My wife and I both have significant arthritis issues and I recently had a total hip replacement making the carrying of luggage up a flight of stairs impossible. Unfortunately the bed in the handicap room was so hard and stiff, little sleep was accomplished. The staff graciously moved us to another first floor room for our second night, and that bed was quite comfortable. Our rate for the second night was also considerably less, and we’re not sure why the first night was more expensive.

Summary: Overall, a good experience with comfortable accommodations (second night) and a very nice staff

Positive: The room was spacious, equipped with a kitchenette (microwave only) that included dishes and cooking utensils. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was quiet. Breakfast was until 930, so we could wake up later, which is a nice, but often overlooked aspect of hotels. Overall, excellent and I will try other Home2 in the future.
