Negative: Property was great. But the pillows on the beds needs to be replaced. They were so bad and not cleaned, had to go buy pillows to use. The elevator had a smell as if they were not cleaned.

Summary: Good place to stay, but the pillows were not usable in bad condition.

Positive: Staff was very friendly but unfortunately we were given a room two away from the lobby and dealt with loud talk after midnight and starting up again at 5, apparently getting ready for breakfast. No healthy options for breakfast other than orange juice. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for most chains other than Drury.

Positive: It was okay. First time I stayed there.

Negative: The fact that it was only one elevator all the way in the front and my room was all the way in the back. The stairs were the better and faster option, which was very an inconvenience for me.

Summary: It was okay, just need another form of entering the back rooms.
