Positive: Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely gym and free laundry facilities.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit basic, but as they didn’t charge for breakfast I was happy with what they provided.

Positive: Very clean great breakfast room was pleasant and comfortable nice black out curtains and loved the patio areas to hang out at as well

Negative: Wish the bathroom had a fan enjoyed a hot shower but after opening the door steam caused smoke alarm to set off which was a little annoying but overall very satisfied with my stay

Positive: We asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate us within an hour of our arrival so that was excellent. The employee that checked us in definitely deserves a ten for service. The hotel is very close to the venue of the show we were in town for and there's a green belt and restaurants and shopping in walking distance so the location of the hotel is excellent.

Negative: The refrigerator in the room made a clicking noise all night long and there was a steady beep noise coming from somewhere but it was not the alarm clock by the bed. The light on the thermostat was too bright and the nightlight in the bathroom was too bright as well. The pocket door to the bathroom never shut all the way and the bathrooms really need working vents. The door was very heavy to get into the room but if anyone was outside in the hallway and they talked you could hear them like they were in the room with you. I was going to use the coffee maker but the pods from a previous guest had been left in it. On a positive note the shower pressure was amazing and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel is a great brand.
