Negative: Need to have someone at the front desk at all times. We tried to check out and waited for a while for someone so we could checkout and return cards/keys. Other people were also waiting so everyone just put the cards on the desk.

Positive: Room was quiet. Breakfast was fine, good and hot, attendant friendly and working hard.
Negative: No tea bags in room (with full kitchen); only coffee. One coffee mug was not particularly clean. Went downstairs to get tea. "Hot water" was not hot at all. Desk clerk somewhat indifferent. Room has a lot of ambient light; needed eyeshade!
