Summary: The hotel was superb. Clean inside and out. Great service, nice spacious rooms for 2 people. LOVED the full fridge and the space to prep things. The food choices for breakfast were very good and the area was nice and clean. This hotel is in a GREAT location, and the surrounding area is very nice and safe.

Summary: I have stayed here several times because family is near. This was not a good visit. We arrived after 3 & the front desk did not know which rooms were available. Was told it could be 30 minutes. I find that unexceptionable. Only waited for 10 minutes. The bathroom slot door did not close. Glad I was only there with my husband. The pool area did not have towels & seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Very disappointed for Hilton, will look elsewhere next time!

Summary: Front desk staff not very personable. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. 2 towels for 3 people/ 2days. I forgot a few things, called front desk but never got a call back.

Summary: It was fine. However, there was food, possibly dog food spread all over the floor and under the desk. That means they didn’t vacuum; and some of the furniture was dusty.

Summary: There was no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, a broken bathroom door, and when asking for an extra pillow they said they were all out. Otherwise it's a nice hotel and a great location.

Summary: Initially Hotels.com didn’t do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if you’re ever in the area!
