Summary: We had a several nights stay to visit family & friends. Our suite was quite generous in size with more than adequate amenities. Our only negative was the mattress was not very comfortable. We will note the bathroom fawcet & toilet paper holder were broken or improperly installed - disappointing for a recently opened facility.

Summary: This Property was just what we wanted and. Then we stepped up to our counter. My bubble was popped bu the hotel management. That thought it was all right and over book capacity plus two. It really turned our fun filled weekend into a hurry up we had to catch up on the additional time that was imposed upon us.The whole weekend was affected with our hotel that we found ourselves in Altoona, Ia.Not Ankeny, Ia.Which our reservations and our conformation were rendered useless, we tried to make the best of the situation. I saw that expeddia had tried to give us a heads up of situation that a Hilton hotel and your company Expedia had allowed

Summary: The main reason i booked this hotel was the pool, which was out of order the entire time. Kinda ruined the trip. Employees were great. Honestly i think i should get at least a partial refund.

Summary: Hotel was new and in good condition. Cleanliness could be improved. The same used drinking glasses and garbage that were in the pool area Saturday afternoon were still there Sunday morning and we had to ask several times for more pool towels. The breakfast tables were still dirty more than a hour after breakfast ended. The room was not very soundproof.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites. Our suite was perfect for us, and the amenities, such as the game room and the pool were really enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, as well. We are in Ankeny nearly every spring, and this will be our first choice going forward.

Summary: My family and I just stayed here for a long weekend. I cant think of anything negative to say. The staff were all so kind, everything was clean, the amenities were great, and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!
