This home is perfect for larger groups as it has two living areas, plenty of outdoor space, and the perfect layout to provide privacy for each group. Sit on the covered deck and enjoy some of the most peaceful and beautiful Mountain Views in Pagosa. The downstairs area has a bedroom with a private bathroom, desk if the need to work arises, multiple arcade games, a giant bean bag chair, and a tv with an Xbox.

Home is equipped with Starlink internet that provides the highest speeds available in our area! The oversized garage is available for renter use. If you are in need of anything just ask we will try our best to accommodate!

Summary: Excellent setup for group gathering. we were there for skiing and the garage entrance is excellent for handling gear.

Summary: cleaning crew between guests could do a better job. There was a wad of hair on the drain in the walk in shower, cobwebs in doorway kitchen/dining door, cobwebs in light fixture above dining table, popcorn under edge of ottoman. Not horrible but I expect more in a place I am renting. I would stay here again.
