Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this basement apartment with our three small children. Our kids loved playing in the sand and play ground area. The rental space was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Highly recommend. It was clean, roomy, and in a nice area of Logan. It is very quick and convenient to get to Main Street. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The only feedback for the owner is that the patio door is problematic. Sometimes it’ll automatically lock when closing it. And if you try to lock with the key, sometimes that is hard to do.

Summary: I stayed 2 nights with my husband and our 7 year old. We liked: Location, size and comfort of apartment, view of the city and sunset, well lit walkway for entry, easy check-in and check out, low price and low cleaning fee. What we DIDN'T like: It was not properly cleaned. There was debris and big gobs of hair all over the carpet & floors throughout. Pasta sauce and brownie crumbs on kitchen floor. Spills in fridge that could've easily been wiped down. Urine, hair, black make up, and a personal shaver in the bathroom. Black beetles running across the carpet at night. Some other small bug dying on the stove top while we were trying to cook. It was disgusting. Worst of all, the host didn't even say a word to me after I showed her pictures. A simple, "sorry you were disappointed" or "jeez, my vacuum must need a new bag" could've gone a long way. I was extremely nice about it for how gross it was. We were mostly in Bear Lake and our stay was so short that I didn't have time to deal with finding another place or asking her to come clean the apartment. Obviously, that should have been done prior to our arrival. I would not consider this property again. Our son loved it and my husband, "thought it was fine, but we should probably go back to commercial properties that are professionally cleaned." So, in the interest of full disclosure... those are the other opinions in the group.
