Positive: We had the apartment to ourselves which was very nice. Even if we wouldn't have, we'd still have our own bathroom which is a big plus. The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious.

Negative: The shower plate was broken which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Once this will be fixed all will be fine cause the bathroom in itself is rather big and good looking.
