Positive: The location is perfect, the homestay is fully-equipped with basic necessity, value for money & easy access to amenities. The homestay suits for couples, families or small groups. There is lots of parking space nearby. Kuching Airport is reachable in short time. The host is professional enough to handle hiccups (before, during the stay, after).

Negative: The stairs. It is sweating & tiring if bringing heavy luggages.

Summary: Good location, fully equipped with necessity, ample parking space and professional host!

Positive: Fantastic and helpful host. Mr. Wahid made sure that our stay is comfortable and given guidance for visiting attractions. You get a full house with two bedrooms and a kitchen. It is a good option for bigger families and those who are looking for WFH. Kitchen has gas, stove, fridge, oven, etc. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Please note by 8.00 pm shops start closing in Kuching and by 10.00 city sleeps.

Negative: A bidet spray was required in bathroom, but this may not be an issue for people from western countries. Water force was lesser in bathroom.
