Newly Constructed (2017) beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath Cape style home. All the bells and whistles, granite/stainless kitchen, tiled baths, hardwood floors throughout main living areas. Home features include central air, WiFi and Sonos system and speakers throughout. Also outdoor shower, w/d, gas fireplace and a screened porch for enjoying those beautiful summer nights. Kitchen with dining area and large center island. Large stone patio out the back sliders for great BBQ nights. Fenced in yar perfect for your four-legged family members. Parking for 2 cars. Summer weekly rentals are Sat - Sat.
Home is 5 minutes away from some of Truro best beaches. Situated on a very private lot in beautiful North Truro, this home is truly a retreat. Nearby National seashore trails allow for wonderful walks and bike rides right out the front door. Less than 2 miles to Highland Light, Highland Links Golf Course, Payomet Theatre, Coast Guard Beach and National Seashore bike paths. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee and deposit. Summary: We loved staying at this property! The house is tucked back in a private neighborhood but still very convenient to Truro and Ptown. It was well-equipped with all the linens and kitchen items we could need. Bedrooms were very nice - the queen was a little tight for two adults but nothing that would deter us from staying here again! We had a fantastic long weekend. Thank you to our hosts for such a lovely experience!

Summary: We can highly recommend this lovely home - it is conveniently located to beaches and outer cape town centers, but quiet and nested in the woods. The spaces within are large, the screened in porch and fenced in yard make being outdoors very easy for you and your pet. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed coastal home. It is located in a great spot, surrounded by woods and just a few minute’s drive to the ocean and bay beaches. Provincetown was close enough to easily visit our favorite restaurants and shops. The local streets were very quiet and provided a nice option for walking the dog. The screened porch was our favorite spot – so peaceful! We hope to come back again.
