Summary: As with most homes in The Villages, it looks small from the outside, but when you walk in, you get a big surprise! The open floor plan is awesome! The Bedrooms are big and spacious. There is a fan in every room. Our favorite place to hang out is the Lanai and this one was awesome! There is not one uncomfortable chair in the house. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We did not use the hot tube but, that would be great on a cooler night. We did enjoy our coffee outside on the patio and grilled some brats one night. Communication with Patty was awesome. If you want a nice quiet place in the village close to Spanish springs and not that far from Lake Sumter, this is the place. Oh and the gas golf cart checks off all the boxes.
