Positive: Advertised as a "Home from Home" and it felt very much like that. Breakfast was very good with waffles in the afternoon, Dinners were limited to home made soup and one hot dish a day but they were all good and plentiful. Staff friendly and very attentive. No complaints at all. Central to town centre and easily accessible by car as well.

Negative: Parking is a bit steep at £20 a night, especially when the garage was virtually empty, but other than that we had no issues.

Summary: Nice welcoming hotel to spend Christmas at.

Positive: Amazing staff - helpful and kind. So close to everything - nice walk by the river, food, shops. The food was tasty and good selection. Even has a sauna! If it's not on, can ask and it will be ready in 30 min. WiFi worked well enough for video calls.

Negative: Honestly nothing enough to write here.

Positive: We like to stay in places that are very comfortable - like our home. Being in a foreign city we appreciated that all the meals were included and the quality of the food was very good - saved us looking for ages for somewhere to eat as we are not the most decisive people! Your staff were very friendly and 'can do' people. It makes such a difference.
