Positive: The ladies were so helpful and accommodating, they even waited after hours for us to check in as we were running late and having sim card problems. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast each morning was a banquet....such a wide choice of food and very yummy. There was just a short walk to the train station, the Lake and downtown for some shopping and sightseeing. We were very happy with our stay @ Home Hotel Locarno.
