Summary: This had something for everyone. Fishing, workout gym, swimming & slide was a bonus! We completely relaxed and had fun.

Summary: Loved this property! There was something for everyone! The only "problem" we had was a little confusion re recycling. The property manager was very response to ur questions. Of course the pool with the waterfall was a hit with everbody! Plenty of bed space and plenty of privacy when we needed to just get away from the crowd!

Summary: We had a family reunion at the ranch. It was a great spot for many members to get together and relax. Total 10 adults and 5 kids were very comfortable in the house. 5 bedroms in the main house plus the guest house provided enough space. Pond out front had some good fiahing, had to bring our own gear. Pool out back was a hit. Kitchen could have used a few more plates and bowls for our group size. The property is fenced in, so felt very secure and kids could roam. Dont plan on heading into town everyday or have alot of close activities, the house is a bit out of the way.

Summary: Had a bachelor party here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the time. The pool is amazing. Definitely where most of our time was spent. The pond was great as well, they do have bass. We caught close to 20, the biggest was around 2lbs. The weight room is pretty nice. I’d bring a speaker if you’re planning on using the weights as there is no sound system. You’ll need to bring paper plates if you have a larger group, there were not a lot of plates/bowls to use.
