Positive: The host was amazing was there to greet us and explain everything. It was my daughters birthday and she had even made her a card. There was a slight fault on booking and she did everything to contact booking.com and sort it for me. I haven’t stayed somewhere where the host was so welcoming and thoughtful even putting surprise toys out for my three children. We stayed here to go to Leolandia then onto bergamo airport. The apartment is very big, clean and super comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone.

Negative: You could hear the people above and to the side but that is expected in an apartment block.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated without being overdone, and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The real gem though, is the hosts. They were genuinely helpful with information already before the stay, and helped me tremendously with some issues (unrelated to the apartment) that I had to deal with.

Positive: This place is about 45 mins from Milan City center. Everything mentioned in the description was accurate. The hostess even provided snacks, coffee, towels, soaps, water, etc. The hostess was very easily accessible and reachable. I have stayed at many places before but never have I ever met such a nice and kind hostess. We traveled with a toddler and everything for him too was provided. Overall we had a plesant and comfortable stay.
