Positive: "Home 12" is a small place with only four rooms, and I had the privilege to be the only one for three days. The location is central, quiet and the host lady was very attentive. Each morning she prepared a breakfast with daily variations, accompanied by music from the '50s and '60s played on LPs. There is also a balcony to unwind, because these days were really very warm in Tbilisi. To sum up: "Home 12" is a special, friendly and welcoming place with a cozy atmosphere - definitely to be recommended! NB: At the end of my stay I even got a present.

Positive: Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The host lady was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed. The hotel's location is within walking distance of the metro station, markets, and tourist spots. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily during our stay. We would like to thank the host for the wonderful breakfast as well. It was truly a flawless experience. I would definitely stay in Home 12 again.

Positive: The hostess was a very attentive lady, and we were well taken care about always. The location was quite good, and it was surrounded by groceries, super-markets, cafes/restaurants, and hair salons even, all were within 1－2 minutes' walk. The room was also well-equipped with everything you need on your trips. Most of all, the breakfast was a bright spot, tasty and well-prepared, beautifully presented. Moreover, every day we were accompanied by the live music from the LP, it was fantastic! we loved it.
