Summary: The most disappointing thing that I did not care for was being lied to multiple times about shuttle service. I was told several times that this hotel offered shuttle service to and from the airport. Only two employees told me that the hotel only has one shuttle driver and they are only available on select days during the week. The only shuttle service provided was to and from the amphitheater for an event. This facility is too far out of the way from everything. It's only convenient for an overnight stay for an event.

Summary: The sound proofing between the door and the hallway was pretty much noon-existent. We could everyone in the hall as they came and went. The toilet in our room ran continuously. When I reported this to the front desk at checkout, they immediately took note and thanked me for telling them. Staff was professional and kind. The shuttle was efficient considering how many people were being moved.

Summary: This is my Aunt’s favorite place so naturally when the brothers and sisters decide to come and visit the elder brother not doing so well it was only natural to combine a great place to unwind and enjoy and a great place to stay in comfort and safety.

Summary: It is a nice hotel to stay at if you're seeing bands at the Hollywood Amphitheater. Especially, having a shuttle to take you there and back. However, the hotel lost power for a few hours on 9/2/25 in the morning. This usually wouldn't be a big deal for me but I needed to get ready for the concert that morning due to appointments and whatnot for my son during the day. I know things happen that is out of our control but it just kind of threw a wrench into our schedule and so on. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Summary: Rodeo tower rooms, aging and in bad repair. Never a bell. TO get a cart you have to wait on the 1 desk person who is overloaded to walk over after long waits to take your license to give you a broken or flat tire cart. When you tell them it had a flat wheel to let maintenance know they could air it up, they laugh and say no one will fix it. The whole 99 hops in wreaks of cigarette smoke pouring out of the casino, obviously air systems are saturated and carpets. Men's toilet in atrium area flowing over in urinal stall #2 both sides. I told someone- the didn't care. In short, the place exist for jobs for lazy people, and the management could care less. Tried to get a SPORTS game on in hops, took 2+ hours to find someone capable of turning the NFL channel on. Finally, elevator shafts, parking garage and front entrance wreak of dope smell all the time. The places is a MANAGEMENT NIGHT MARE- Glad to meet and explain why to anyone if they care. 1
