Summary: Easy quick check in. Second time staying at this hotel. First time we were on the second floor and it was a lot quieter than the ground floor rooms. We heard noise from our room from above, beside and across the hallway. We were right by the laundry room and wadhing machines going all night. Couple next door having a fight. So a bit of a restless sleep this time. Bit expensive for the room, but comparable to other limited places in Skagway. The bed was comfortable.

Summary: Came here in family trip. Hotel was clean. Town was designed as old gold town. If you are coming to Skagway, I think this is the best option

Summary: This is one of the worst places I've stayed at in a while. The lack of amenities was ludicrous: no WiFi in the room, no microwave and I had to request a fridge, no AC, no breakfast or complimentary snacks, non-HD TV with fuzzy reception and most ridiculous of all, a 10am checkout time. Can't remember ever encountering that before. You're way better off at the Morning Wood or the Historic Skagway Inn.

Summary: When we arrived we were told the dining room was closed as it was nearly the end of the season . No breakfast was therefore available although it states there is an onsite restaurant on the website . There was a private party on the Saturday evening which took over all the reception / lounge area on ground floor and upstairslounge area meaning there was no where that we could sit in the evening . No coffee available in lobby on day of our departure as they hadn’t made any as they were closing that day . We felt we were simply an inconvenience .
