Summary: We spent a magical week at this house. It's even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The house has everything you need, but we mostly spent our time outside. It's a big area for games, watching fireflies, and eating outside. We loved every minute there and would love to come back anytime. Our host was super nice too and helped us with everything from checking in and out to certain questions we had regarding the surroundings.

Summary: We were very impressed of the silence, sounds of nature and calm of this place. Huge house, with its history - old mill, perfect for big teams. We were in 10 people, 3 families and felt very comfortable. Great contact with the owner. Really good time!

Summary: Lovely old, Tuscan property, very well kept garden and facilities basic but perfectly adequate. Only a couple of points that would have improved our stay. There are, in general, no fly screens on the majority of windows, which makes it difficult to enjoy the cooler evening air as there is a great number of mosquitos. No fans or air conditioning available. Finally, I understand we will be charged for a change of bed linen after the first of our two week stay, which seems a little unusual. However, having pointed out these difficulties, I would recommend this property.

Summary: We were a group of 15 plus dog. The mulino ist a wonderful historic mill. We found it spotlessly clean and the kitchen had all we needed. Lovely pool and a few steps down a romantic little river. Our host was always there for us and gave us much information about the area. We are happy to return.
