Summary: The house was very clean when I arrived. It was as it was presented on VRBO. Our host, Roberto, communicated in a timely manor, answered our questions very quickly.

Summary: Overall house and location was great!House looks like new on the inside and had everything you needed - screened in lanai had a nice view of the channel, don't get to see a crocodile swim by up north but did a couple times here.Had a minor glitch after I made the original reservation when i put the wrong check-in date on an email but Roberto was great to work with and took care of me.

Summary: This is a wonderful place right on the water. There are a lot of birds and animals to see. The place was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It is spacious and there is room for people to congregate. I enjoyed the dock and the resident alligator. I will definitely be back. Roberto responded to all queries within a reasonable timeframe, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this house.
