Summary: Staff relocated us to another property to accommodate fire evacuees. They were kind and efficient, and chose an excellent property to which to relocate us. I can’t review the hotel, as we didn’t actually stay, but the staff were excellent and professional enough that we felt like we should pop on and give them a thank you.

Summary: The lady at the check in was not friendly at all. Our first night was fine, though my son and I were lying in bed and a mirror fell off the wall and smashed. It looked like it was just taped up. The second night we decided to go swimming and the pool was dirty. Our third night, there were all sorts of, what I can only assume were, homeless people. This clearly made myself and my son really uncomfortable as they were filled in the lobby, the parking lot, and were walking through the halls. We got back to our room at around 5pm and locked ourselves inside for the rest of the evening… not a good experience at all!! I wouldn’t have minded if we were given a heads up at check in or on their website would have been helpful to prepare us. At check-out, there was garbage everywhere inside. The floors were disgusting and there were cigarette butts everywhere outside. I’ve stayed at many hotels as we travel a lot and this was by far my worst experience yet.

Summary: The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only issue i had was my toilet was broken for part of my stay and they did fix it fast as the pump needed replacing. They didnt offer for me to change rooms but did comp one night of my parking which is nice but i thought a little under value for not being able to use the bathroom.
