Summary: Great food at Lyric! Staff was friendly and helpful at the hotel. It was super busy. Only complaint is the thin walls and outdated rooms. Other than that it was fine. We always bring a fan so the noise was just annoying not disturbing

Summary: We were there for my daughter's bday. After a fun day exploring Duluth, we returned to a nice clean room to relax. Hotel is in a great location with 2 restaurants on site. We will be back.

Summary: The room wasn’t very clean, the shower head leaked and the soap/shampoo holder in the bathroom was broken. Overall the hotel isn’t the cleanest and kept up.

Summary: The room is so humid had to keep the temp extremely low and the carpeting felt damp. The air conditioner was loud when it kicked in. Hotel rooms need an update.

Summary: The location is perfect for what we had planned. However two things just made this hotel not comfortable. 1) strong bleach smell. Not sure where it was used but smelt it down the hall and into the room. 2) wall AC unit sounded like it needed maintenance and couldn't let it run overnight cause of the noise.

Summary: Dirty bathroom, hair all over the toilet and mold. Staff was nice. There was scum in the hot tub and pool. Arcade was tiny, broken, and moldy toys in it. Hallways dirty and carpet all ripped up. Coffee was good.

Summary: Hotel was good. No regular coffee in the room only decaf. Not cups for coffee either. I had to go get coffee and cups. Shower head wouldn’t change settings
