Summary: Very quite and clean room with plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child aged 7. Sofa bed with comfortable. Breakfast was very good,.all freshly made and hot. All staff friendly and welcoming.

Summary: It was OK, couldn't get hot water in the shower, fire alarm went off at 1am, sauna and changing rooms a bit run down, but otherwise OK and in line with expectations.

Summary: I have to say really disappointing, not only in the hotel but also badly let down by reception manager. I highlighted that we were discriminated against and obviously not wanted in the pool, my other concern was the state of the boards in the sauna, i dread to think that the boards are of an asbestos material, you can clearly see the open material. Even if not looks disgusting. Only one visit despite booked for 4 nights, one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I asked to be contacted after making complaint, still waiting.

Summary: Bizarre 2 night trip and a tale of differing evenings. One day was shocking with the room air on being broken on the hottest night of the year. In fact it didn’t work for the entire duration. Dinner didn’t improve with both starter and main courses arriving at the same time. Dinner on day2 was much better. Unfortunately watered down orange juice and perpetually overcooked fried eggs didn’t help breakfast although my poached eggs on day 2 were spot on.
