Positive: It has newly been renovated. The bathroom was new. The mattress was brand new. The room was awesome and clean. The hallway had different pieces of debris that obviously needed vacuumed and hasn’t been done for a couple days. All the staff were super friendly and attentive.

Negative: Property was not clean. The room had dirty carpet that was not vacuumed. There was some sort of food dried up in the vent of the air conditioning. The bathroom shower had black areas in the corners

Positive: It's a nice, clean hotel close to the amiptheater, casino and plenty of restaurants. Very nice pool. Staff was accommodating & welcoming. The rooms are tidy and spacious. Cute little vanity in our room to get ready at!

Negative: Our room lacked some necessary items-- lighting in the bathroom was sub-par (2 of the lights didn't have bulbs and there wasnt asecondary light option to brighten the room). Our window only had a white sheer curtain, nothing heavy or dark to block the sunlight when the sun rises at 6 am.

Negative: The Smell!!!! Lobby area smelt like they have plumbing issues. Lobby is not inviting, dark and out dated.
