Positive: Location-close to a mall and walmart. Staff is very friendly, specially those in the restaurant-Alejandro was very kind. Staffs in reception not very friendly though. We landed at 3 am and the receptionist didnt even smile to greet us! Breakfast is good, but they should include more chicken based foods for those who do not eat pork. Most of the foods for breakfast was made with pork.

Negative: There was no small fridge and no kettle,unlike most hotels i visited-even other Holiday Inn hotels had these-this made our stay a bit complicated as we has a small child. Receptionists not welcoming as other hotels-no welcome no thank you… Swimming pool was very busy with public-we hardly had 1 lane for swimming which was crowded in the afternoons.

Positive: Extremely clean, good air ventilation system. Rooms look fresh, all furniture new. Shower is great. Staff was good. Restaurant downstairs is just marvelous. Haven't tried their gym nor swimming pool.

Negative: It was stated that there is no fridge, but anyway I missed it
