Positive: Welcoming staff. Long opening hours for pool, sauna and gym - 10pm even at the weekends. 12pm checkout allowed use of facilities after breakfast and before getting on the road. Breakfast buffet regularly checked and refreshed. Evening meal was tasty and arrived promptly (with a smile) even though the hotel was incredibly busy with christmas functions. Comfortable bed.

Positive: The room was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfy with a choice of pillows ie soft or firm. The room was very well thought out to give comfort and relaxation. Although the room was very clean there was a slight lack of detail being that there was a lovely tall lamp in the corner which was unfortunetly covered in cobwebs. I would point out that other than the lamp i could not fault the room. Very nice stay overal

Negative: The mattresses were a bit stiff and uncomfortable. The rooms could do with some drawers for storage so that you don’t have to live out of your suitcase.
