Summary: breakfast was not all that good for $12. came back to a clean room with NO towels. called front desk and was ABSOLUTELY ignored and told there were no clean towels in the entire hotel. wife and I had to dry off with face cloths and hand towels...usually LOVE Holiday Inn...this trip NOT SO MUCH

Summary: Very average airport hotel. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but a little less clean than I would like. The floor felt a little dirty in the room. The elevator reeked of pee in the morning.

Summary: We had a great stay, on our way to visit family. Super comfortable bed and full service restaurant right in hotel. We had a wonderful dinner. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Summary: I love this property. I’ve stayed there 4-5 times now. Every time I go to Louisville it’s my spot. Only knock I have on it is the pool. I may have bad luck, but last 3 times I’ve been it’s been down.
