Summary: Overall it is just like every other holiday inn. The room in stayed in how ever, the plugs by the bed did not work properly, they kept turning off and on which I didn’t realise until the morning when I found my phone was still flat. The only lights that worked were in the bathroom and above the tv, which required getting out of bed to turn off and on. The worst part. The room smelt like sewage. Only a faint wiff but strong enough that you could constantly smell it.

Summary: The hotel was nice. The breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for our later arrival and ease to navigate. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. The only downside was when I checked in the individual who checked me and didn’t tell me much of anything. He basically handed me my room key and sent me on my way. So I didn’t know which direction to go for my room. I didn’t know what time breakfast hours were. I actually had to go back and ask him if my reservation had included breakfast. The room was pretty clean. It just needed a little bit more vacuuming and attention under the beds..

Summary: I don't know why you tuck the duvet under the mattress. It means the bed has to be remade. The Aircon didn't work and the walls/doors were so thin that every noise from the corridor could be heard. Staff were good, as was the breakfast.

Summary: I booked the hotel from the airport on hotels.com when I arrived an hour later, the front desk told me that my room wasn’t ready and that if I would have booked directly it would have been. Clearly punished for using 3rd party app.
