Positive: Location for us was good because we had a wedding in the area but would not stay here to visit central London. The room was comfortable and clean, very promptly cleaned every morning. Breakfast was really substantial and good food. Rooms are a little dated but everything worked and was clean so not much more I could ask for.

Negative: Staff was not very helpful in general. When we were there various things were broken like phone in our room, coffee machine in breakfast area, lift was not working which caused havoc, aircon in the gym… and basically nothing was getting fixed so I guess you could say it was luck but I think the lax attitude of the staff did not really help. Parking is way too expensive considering how much the room for a night costs already!

Positive: The front of house staff here were faultless they tried to rectify the issues I had and were extremely gracious, the bed was super comfy and the facilities were clean.

Negative: The food from the restaurant was awful! I have never sent a meal back as inedible but I had to. There is also alot of aircraft noise due to the location which I was unaware of when booking. Steer clear of the restaurant but probably a great place to stay if your flying out of the airport 🙈

Summary: Dont eat dinner here!

Positive: Everything was superb, comfort food taste and all but staff behaviour is superb loke cherry on top.

Negative: Rate was higher than my expectations in weekdays I was assuming little less.

Positive: The bar man, who was friendly, and a couple of other staff.

Negative: Appreciate it had been raining and a bit windy, however the cushions from the outdoor furniture were wet and on the floor ( didn't seem like it had been checked)... Industrial engine going on throughout the night so couldn't really sleep on the first night. ( I asked if I could move room the next day, but was told a flat no, and they would let knight staff to turn off the fan at 9pm.... Requested a room clean, no new coffee or moisturizer were put in, so had to ask again, we got new coffee but not moisturizer... And after the first clean an old towel was still on the back of the bathroom door and not replaced, finally it said there would be parking, there was not, it was first come first apparently, so I had to drive around for 30 mins to find a carpark which was obviously an extra cost....... I would normally let all of this go, however I paid nearly £300 for 2 nights and it was advertised as premium, it really was not
