Summary: My gripe is that I booked a wake-up call and they didn’t ring me. I’d set a back up alarm on my phone so I did wake up, but it meant I didn’t have time for breakfast. I was pretty annoyed - it’s an airport hotel; calling folk to wake up should be routine. Everything else was fine. The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was better than I expected. Nice wine too. Massive room. You wouldn’t walk about the local area though. Shuttle easy although the journey from the airport felt long (one way system maybe?). The journey too the airport was a lot quicker! Good value for money

Summary: The premises were really nice, same with the personnel. The communications with the hotel through the app were terrible - in fact, nobody bothered to answer a simple question (yes or no). When you pay $300 a night, that’s the minimum curtesy you’d expect. And when you need a cart just to turn on the lights, you’d expect to receive at least two cards - not one and then you have to back to the reception and ask for another one because you wanted to go to the restaurant and couldn’t leave your family in the dark…

Summary: Hotel was good, no complaints. Should be noted it is not walkable from the new Lima airport terminal and requires a shuttle that runs every 30 min and depending on traffic can take 10-30 minutes. Other than that a solid property.

Summary: Took the airport shuttle to the hotel, it runs once every 30 minutes, and no sign or indication where to meet it. Had to ask around, which isn’t easy for a non-Spanish speaker. Shuttle driver tore the zippers off my bag by pulling it over to him via the lock. Mentioned it at check-in, and they sent the maintenance guy over to my room to fix it. Made up for a poor start to the stay.

Summary: Stayed one night for my layover in Lima. Hotel is conveniently located close to the new Lima airport with a free shuttle. Nice buffet breakfast included.

Summary: The hotel is very close to the old airport and about a 15 minute shuttle to the new airport. The shuttle runs regularly. The hotel is lovely, the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The dining room is open 24 hours with very good food. I addition to the buffet breakfast, one can order eggs any style and omelettes, all included in the room rate. I will certainly use the hote again when in Lima.
