Summary: Hotel was clean and service was good my only issues with this stay is the area. It gives you the unsafe feel, appeared to have several homeless people hanging out in front of the building. We was here the night they reported an active shooter at Worlds of Fun!! And had several younger people hanging out just down the street!! I just felt unsafe!!

Summary: The walls throughout the room and bathroom were in need of TLC! Overall it was decent though. I slept really well and noise was not an issue at all. A little pricey but great location.

Summary: Came for a Royals baseball game. Front desk was helpful and let us know when rooms were available. Front desk evening able to give us conditioner vs 2 shampoos.

Summary: The staff was extremely friendly and was very attentive to our concerns. We checked in and had to rush out for our show but our room had an off putting odor and we mentioned it and without hesitation they switched our rooms while we were out and had everything ready when we returned.
